About Us
A vision for the future
Capitalize was born out of a purpose to provide real estate investment opportunities to every retail investor. Our goal is to provide opportunities for people who are either native to the country or who have made the United States their home to invest in booming markets across the country and build their future.

We use a rigorous data-driven approach to find properties with favorable economic trends in burgeoning markets across the country. We then partner with select Real Estate experts to validate the opportunity. Thus, investing with Capitalize gives you greater certainty since each deal has been thoroughly vetted, focusing on the sponsor and the property, as part of the company’s due diligence process.
Founder Profile
Anil Sunkara
Anil Sunkara is CEO of Advansoft International Inc. and has founded multiple technology, pharma, education, and entertainment companies. Anil is founder of Mall of India in Naperville, Illinois one of the premier shopping centers in Chicago suburbs, and has developed multiple real estate projects in India and US. He is also an Indian film producer, who works in Telugu film industry. He is popularly known for producing the award-winning movie Dookudu. Anil holds a Bachelor's Degree in ECE from Nagarjuna University in India and a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems at George Mason University. He lives in Southlake, TX.
Krishna Kanth
KK (Krishna Kanth Nimmagadda ) is an angel investor and serial entrepreneur focused on leveraging data and AI for new business models. His investments include a data center and urban infrastructure development company in India. KK built and sold two data and AI companies, his first start up was acquired by Intel in 2013 and the second one was acquired by Accenture in 2018. KK earned his bachelor's from Nagarjuna University and his MBA from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. KK moved to the Dallas area from California in 2017 and lives in McKinney, TX.
Satya Donepudi
Satya is the co-founder of Vintech Solutions and founder of Skillvoice. Vintech was one of the fastest growing companies in St. Louis. Satya has a passion for farming, real estate, and is also an avid artist. Apart from technology consulting, he executed multiple real estate projects in India and is now focusing on US real estate markets. To pursue his passion in farming, he recently moved to Florida and lives in the Miami suburbs. Satya has his Master's in Computer Applications from Madras University.
